We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Returns
Because each Mint & Moon piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your happiness is our priority — if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll work with you to arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
